The Go Engage model, based on an engagement pathway framework, was developed to understand engagement more deeply by identifying several feeling and behaviours that underpin what engagement is, as well as identifying factors that are known to improve engagement levels. The model has evolved through a long history of successful engagement initiatives and has developed into an award winning, evidence-based measurable model and robust strategy for engagement.


The Go Engage Staff Engagement Pathway Model is underpinned by research and theory such as the Job Demands-Resources Model (Bakker & Demerouti, 2008), Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (Scahufeli et al, 2006) and research by West and Dawson (2012).
